I made bagels with some leftover pumpkin puree today, using 12-grain flour, flaxseed, hemp hearts and dates in the dough. I made these a bit richer than my last pumpkin bagels (which were vegan) by adding fat-free Greek yogurt and an egg to the super-spicy dough.

Real bagels are boiled!
