Why A High Protein, Low Carb & Good Fat Diet For Optimum Health & Fitness?

Few people are aware there are no carbohydrates needed for your body function and health.

There are essential fatty acids (fat) and essential amino acids (protein), but no essential carbs either complex (starches) or simple (sugars). Why is that? … Because your body can make all the glucose (carb) it needs from protein.
