One of the most tasty and simple salads in my opinion, specially for those who like something fast but healthy in same time to eat. hope you will enjoy it.

Salad from Smoked Herring with Greens & Fried Bell Peppers

For that you will need these Ingredients

Smoked herring cut to small pieces or smoked salmon ( up to your taste )

A mixture of:

Lettuce leaves Hand grip watercress ( small-sized ones) With a bit of red cabbage leaves

Cherry tomatoes Bell pepper ( yellow and red ) Leek A little bit of hot paprika Sesame

For the sauce we need

2 Tablespoons olive oil Tablespoon apple vinegar Teaspoon honey Teaspoon lemon juice

how to cook…

Put in a serving dish the mix of greens (Lettuce – Watercress – Red cabbage ) Then on a frying pan ( high fire ) Put two tablespoons of olive oil, pepper and leek fry for few seconds then add sesame after 10 minutes, add apple vinegar, honey and lemon

Then put it over the greens

Cut the tomatoes and the smoked Fish then add them

Sprinkle some sesame on the surface

And hot paprika

then serve it warm

Potatoes Salad With Pickled Cucumbers & Beets

For that you will need these Ingredients

Two boiled potatoes ( large size ) cut to small cubes One boiled beet ( medium size ) cut to small cubes Two pickled cucumbers ( large size ) cut to small cubes Two tablespoons of mayonnaise mixed with low-fat yogurt

For garnish

Few green olives Small amount of chopped dill Slices of red onion Tablespoon of olive oil

how to cook…

Mix all of the ingredients well and put in a serving dish

Put a tablespoon of olive oil on the salad and sprinkle some dill on the surface

Put olives and red onion

then serve

Crab Fingers with Orange and Corn Salad

for that you will need these Ingredients

3 crab fingers 6 tablespoons large sweet corn Slices of orange

Seasoning

Dill Dried basil Hot paprika

The sauce…

Tbsp olive oil Tbsp balsamic red grapes vinegar Teaspoon honey

how to cook…

In a serving plate put the corn, Cut the crab fingers in halves and put them over, then add the orange slices

Seasone it, then add the mixture of sauce And serve

Slices of pepperoni with Brie cheese

for that you will need these Ingredients

Slices of ”””??pepperoni – or smoked sausage Slices of Brie cheese Cherry tomatoes Green Olives Slices of red onion

Seasoning…

A little dried basil A little hot paprika

The sauce…

Tbsp olive oil Tbsp balsamic red grapes vinegar

how to cook…

In a serving dish put the pepperoni slices and over the cheese slices then season it

Now Bring some wooden sticks, And stick, one tomato and two olives together

Mix the onions with a tablespoon of olive oil and vinegar

Add the sauce and onion before serving
