Ingredients
400g fresh blueberries
220g flour
120g sugar
1 teaspoon baking powder
110gr butter
1 egg
1 teaspoon of vanilla
1 pinch of salt

Preparation
Preheat oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C).
Sift the sugar with the baking powder and the flour. Add butter and mix well. Then add the egg and vanilla. Let it cool in the refrigerator for 20 minutes, then remove and stretch the dough.
Cut the dough in two. Use one half for to line the pie dish. Fill with blueberries and sprinkle with sugar.
The second half covers her previous preparation, you can cover all the blueberries or cut strips to make a crisscross or lattice decoration.

Bake pie on lower shelf of oven for about 50 minutes, or until crust is golden brown.

400gr de Arandanos frescos
220gr harina
120gr azucar
1 cucharadita de royal
110gr manteca
1 huevo
1 cucharadita de vainilla
1 pizca de sal

Preparación
Cernir el azucar con el royal y la harina. Agregar y mezclar la manteca. Luego el huevo y la vainilla. Guardar la preparación en la heladera 20 minutos, luego sacar y estirar la masa.
Cortar en dos la masa. Con una de las mitades forrar el fondo del molde. Rellenar con los arándanos y espolvorearlos con azucar.
Con la segunda mitad se tapa la preparación anterior, ya se tapando todos los arándanos o cortando tirillas y decorando estilo pasta frola. También puede dejarse sin tapa.
Llevar al horno y cocinar a fuego lento hasta que la masa esté dorada
